We guarantee that the best and the healthiest of plants are handpicked for each order, and extreme care is taken in their packaging. However, issues can arise in transit which we have no control over.

  • If the plants you ordered, arrive in a damaged condition, where it will not survive even on re-potting, you can request for a refund. Make sure to click a photograph of the plant as soon as you receive them and email it to us immediately. We approve refund only if it the damage is notified within 48hours of receipt.
  • If you receive an incorrect plant, make sure to click a photograph of the plant as soon as you receive them and email it to us immediately. We accept return only if it is returned to us within a week of its receipt.

If your plants are not those you ordered or arrive in poor condition, we will issue a store credit for the value of your plants or mail you replacement plants if we have those available.

  • If you have ordered the wrong plant or changed your mind since purchase, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for plants bought in error.
  • If the plants you purchased from us get infected by any diseases within 10 days of their purchase, then you can request for a refund, provided, proper care was taken. For this, you will have to take a photograph of the plant and send it to us with the invoice or the order number. We approve refund only if it the damage is notified within 10 days of the receipt.
  • Pots can be returned to us within 3 months of the purchase, provided that they are in perfectly good condition.
Return Policy for In Store Purchase
  • If the plants you purchased from the store gets infected by any diseases within 10 days of their purchase, then you can request for a refund, provided, proper care was taken. For this, you will have to take a photograph of the plant and send it to us with the invoice or the order number. We approve refund only if it the damage is notified within 10 days of the purchase from the store.
  • Pots purchased from the store can be returned to us within 3 months of the purchase. provided they are in perfectly good condition.
